We clean from the ground with water-fed poles and purified water. It dries spot-free, with no ladders against your walls and no chemicals near pets or plants.
Every street has a fixed place on our round, and you get a text the evening before.
If anything is missed, reply to the done text and we come back to redo it free.
Payment goes out by Direct Debit a few days after each clean, so there's no cash to leave out. You can cancel any time with one email.

Yes. Join a plan and your first clean costs nothing. Direct Debit only collects from the second clean, a few days after it's done.
No. We text the evening before. If we can get to the back of the house, we clean the whole lot whether you're in or out.
We clean in light rain. Purified water has nothing in it to leave marks, so rain doesn't spoil the finish. We only stop for high wind, frost or ice.
